The Word Became Flesh (John 1:14)

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)

Right at the beginning of his Gospel, the Apostle John tells without doubt who Jesus is. He is God come into the world in the flesh of man. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. (John 1:1-2) And we know that John is talking about Jesus, as he makes so clear in the fourteenth verse.
